PLEASE REMEMBER THESE IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT ELIGIBLE PRODUCTIONS FOR ADJUDICATION:
  -- Eligible productions must "open" with at least six performances scheduled.
  -- The current maximum number of shows is 8 for a calendar year (if your company wants to submit more than 8, please e-mail the webmaster to discuss).
  -- Remember, this is the total number of productions your company plans to produce between January 1 and December 31 of the upcoming year. 
  -- SHOWS CANNOT BE ADDED TO THE MATRIX AFTER IT IS FINALIZED, however shows can be dropped from adjudication if they do not meet eligibility requirements in the by-laws. 
  -- Member Groups should only submit shows that are considered part of their "primary main stage season" or sold to your primary venue audience as a subscription. 
  -- Any shows that are produced by a "subsidiary" group or produced in an alternate space for a different audience base than your other main stage shows should NOT be submitted for adjudication. 
  -- Member Groups are asked to consider not submitting "holiday" shows for adjudication, especially if those productions are being done primarily for fundraising and/or holiday celebration purposes rather than artistic merit.
  -- Reviews and compilations of one-acts shall only be eligible for adjudication if they are commercially available (licensed) and traditionally presented in that format.
  -- “Radio Plays” and “Staged Readings” are not eligible for adjudication.
  -- Original works are eligible if they are full-length scripts (not a collection of one-acts) and being fully produced as a part of the main stage season.
  -- If your group normally does 3 or more shows per year, but the upcoming year has forced you to perform less than three, that is fine and does not jeopardize your good-standing.  Complete the form and notify the chair of the reason for the change to your season.
  -- If your company performs out of multiple venues, please include a venue designation with the title of the show. (i.e. for Montgomery Playhouse uses "Asbury" and "Arts Barn")
