E-Balloting

If you are able to use the e-ballot, please do so.  E-balloting is preferred by the tabulator and allows balloting errors to be fixed immediately. If you are not able to use the e-ballot, have you e-mailed the webmaster for the link to the "light version" of the e-ballot.

If you submit a REVISED e-ballot, please be sure to mark it REVISED on the show line. 

The e-ballot link is provided every week to judges in the weekly WATCH report.

Paper Balloting

The Ballot has been slightly altered for the 2004 Season to accommodate changes requested by the tabulator to encourage complete balloting.

  You may download a copy as a PDF and print it off on any printer (copies are fine).

Please use the following address when mailing WATCH ballots in for tabulation.  Your WATCH representative will provide you with pre-addressed stamped envelopes.  If you have poor handwriting, please include a copy of relevant pages from the playbill (cast list/tech list).

Judges are encouraged to keep a copy of all ballots and playbills (programs) they submit to prevent loss in the mail.
